Code&Craft is a service of Code&Canvas Pte. Ltd. (Singapore). This explains what we collect and why.
1. What we collect. The details you submit through our Tally form — your name, email, project brief text, and any images or files you upload — plus your payment status.
2. How we use it. Solely to quote, build and deliver your project, and to contact you about it. Email correspondence is handled through Microsoft 365 (Graph). Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
3. Who processes your data. Tally (form & uploads), Microsoft 365 (email), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), and Pexels (stock images). We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
4. Retention. Project materials are kept for 3 months after the project closes, then permanently deleted.
5. Your rights. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time. Contact hello@codeandcraft.ai.
